Executive staff

The Executive Staff ensures all part of the implementation and funding of actions, it assumes the operational aspect of the Foundation. More specifically, the Executive Staff shall determine the rules of procedure, authorizes any study or assistance, recruiting the staff decides to open accounts, concludes contracts, oversees the granting of gift sets and into the accounts.

M. Tahina Andriamandroso

Administrative Officer

At the Foundation since June 2005

Graduated from INSCAE specialty accounting and business administration.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Tahina worked at WWF Madagascar.

M. Hajarivo Andrianandrasana

General Services Officer

At the Foundation since January 2012.

Graduated from ISPM specialty Maths Computer Aided and INPF technology paneling

Prior to joining the Foundation, Hajarivo was manager of a sawmill and entrepreneur in the building.


Monitoring and Evaluation Manager
At the Foundation since May 2015. A trained biologist, Serge also studied economic anthropology at SUNY Stony Brook, NY - USA. He worked at UNESCO (World Heritage Center), CARE International Madagascar and the World Bank before joining the Foundation.


Financial officer

A graduate of INSCAE in Finance and ENAM in Public Management, Onintsoa worked in the FASP - Private Sector Support Fund, AGETIPA, and the Coordination of the Environmental Program Phase 3 before integrating The Foundation in November 2016.


Internal Controller

Graduated in Finance and Accounting, in February 2017, Evah joined the Foundation after having spent her professional life in the field of auditing, as an external auditor in a firm and then an internal auditor with other companies Including the SIPROMAD Group.


Communication and Marketing Manager

Aina graduated in Information and Communication Sciences and Technology from the Polytechnic School of Antananarivo, in June 2016 after a decade in the field of public relations, sponsorship and institutional communication In the private sector, including Orange Madagascar, and in the health sector with Marie Stopes Madagascar.

Ranto Randriantsoa

Grant Officer
Forestry engineer,Ranto has worked in various fields related to the environment and sustainable development. His areas of expertise range from forest governance to Sustainable NRR Management through REDD + and FSC Forest Certification.

Mamy Rafanoharana

Graduated from INSCAE in finance and accouting, Mamy has worked for Managed Resources Protected Areas and at Comité Internationale de la Croix Rouge before joining FAPBM in july 2018.
